The RIA Annual Conference 2026 takes place on 4-5 November 2026 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge, bringing together UK rail industry professionals, policy makers and international guests.

The RIA Annual Conference is an established annual event in the UK rail calendar, organised by the Railway Industry Association. The 2026 edition runs under the theme "Connected for Change: Shaping Tomorrow's Railway" and combines keynote speeches, panel discussions, interview sessions and spotlight exhibitor pitches.
The conference brings together rail industry professionals, policy makers, industry leaders and international guests over two days. Attendees come from across the supply chain, infrastructure, rolling stock, technology and policy sectors, with both domestic and international representation.
