Black Sea Transport Corridors 2025 set to bring together over 150 logistics leaders from 16 countries.

This April, Romania's coastal jewel, Constanța, will be transformed into a strategic meeting point for the logistics world. From 28 to 30 April, more than 150 experts and professionals from 16 countries will gather at the Black Sea Transport Corridors 2025: Ports, Railways & Shipping conference and exhibition - an event that promises to be more than just another networking opportunity.

Organised in General Partnership with the Port of Constanța, the event is a powerhouse of ideas, infrastructure and international cooperation. More than 110 delegates have already registered, and the list of speakers reads like a who's who of European and Eurasian transport. From Germany's DB Cargo Eurasia to Pakistan Intermodal Ltd, the diversity reflects the global importance of the Black Sea as a connectivity corridor.

The conference kicks off with a cocktail reception on 28 April at the Crowne Plaza Constanța - Mamaia Beach, setting a relaxed but energetic tone. The main event day on 29 April will feature a full programme of expert panels and presentations, culminating in a gala dinner. And on 30 April, delegates will get a first-hand look at operations during a field trip to the Port of Constanța, Romania's largest seaport and a strategic gateway between Europe and Asia.

The topics are serious: the future of rail-port-road integration, green and efficient infrastructure, and Constanța's growing role as a critical hub in transcontinental transport chains. Expect bold ideas and deep dives from renowned speakers such as Ralf-Charley Schultze of UIRR, Inessa Platonova of PLASKE Academy and Stephen Archer of Baltic Rail, among many others.

Supported by sponsors such as MALBI-trans, BMF Port Burgas and Belgorod-Dnistrovskyi Merchant Sea Port, the event will also feature a dynamic exhibition area and generous networking opportunities. Supporters and participants include companies and associations from Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Germany, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and beyond.

The event will also feature simultaneous interpretation in English and Russian, ensuring smooth communication across borders. And for local businesses, there's an exclusive participation offer tailored for Romanian companies.
